▪ Key Pickup: To obtain access keys to the building, guests should go to our concierge desk located just a few blocks from the building, which operates 24 hours a day.

• Apartment Location: Situated on the 2nd floor and accessible by elevator.

• Easy and Secure Access: Each guest receives a personalized access code upon confirming their reservation, allowing them to enter the apartment quickly and confidently through an electronic lock.

• Bedrooms: There are 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom features a comfortable Queen-size bed, while the second bedroom has two bunk beds (positioned perpendicular).

• Bathroom: 1 complete bathroom with a shower.

• Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing all kinds of meals. It includes a gas stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, refrigerator with a freezer, and complete tableware.

• Laundry Facilities: It has a washing machine, instant water heater, shoeshine kit, laundry detergent, and fabric softener.

• Basic Food Supplies: We offer a selection of essential foods to start your stay, including coffee, tea, yerba mate, sugar, salt, and oil.

• Included Comfort Services: To ensure a comfortable stay, we provide quality bed linens, white towels, a hairdryer, and personal hygiene items that include shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap, and toilet paper.

• Climate Control and Entertainment: Equipped with air conditioning for both heating and cooling in the living area and master bedroom, ceiling fans in both bedrooms. There is a Smart TV in the living area and a TV with DirecTV in the master bedroom.

• Parking Service: We offer a parking space located 200 meters away. Availability may vary, so we recommend checking its availability before arrival. In case it's not available or an additional parking space is requested, we will be at your service to arrange an extra parking spot for an additional cost.

• Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in will be available from 2:00 pm, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 am, without exception. If different times are required, please contact us to verify availability and obtain additional information.
